So Near, Yet Far,

“You see, you closed your eyes. That was the difference. Sometimes you cannot believe what you see, you have to believe what you feel. And if you are ever going to have other people trust you, you must feel that you can trust them, too. Even when you're in the dark. Even when you're falling.” ― Mitch Albom

It's been awhile...
So many things happened within these two months to the extent that I find it unbelievable. Some things happened without any signs and that makes us realized how much we hadn't treasured it in the past. Had been accompanying Granny for her eye checkups, except for the first and last, since my first paper ended. This happened without any signs. Yes, it's Glaucoma. According to the research I've done, everyone is at risk for Glaucoma. It can happen to a newborn baby to a snr citizen. The worst thing is, there is no symptoms at all. And once you find that your vision is blurred, that means the degree of Glaucoma is at high risk. I can't rmb where I found this fact bcos the search I've done was on two different days. Just find that there's a need to blog about this fact for anyone who's reading this so it can also raise awareness to you.

This year, CNY has got no special feel to me at all as all the assignments, projects and study time were all cramped together and making me damn stressed up over such stuffs. Had to miss out 2 house visiting as time was running out. This also meant that good food were all missed. /sigh. House visiting at WJ's place on the 6th day of CNY. Always love the moment spent w my best clique. The laughter and relaxed moment! Second time over at Baby's place for house visiting and this time w all his relatives over. One of his uncles was a hilarious one and get along super well w the kids.

Main papers weren't easy at all. First paper was a breeze. Then it was SFM and BMS papers... These two, I'd say, were the killers. Now I hope I'll promote to Yr3 and that's all I rlly want for now. Results will be out on the 14th of March. It's fixed...

Spent my first few days of sem brk at home doing props for Sylvia's 21st. It wasn't as easy as I thought it'd be. All the cuttings, and pasting of stuffs. Then it was the actual day. It's a blast @ the chalet for 2D1N. And I was so attracted to one of her nieces. Why so cute! Con even helped me to ask the dad if we can take photos of her daughter. I want my future daughter to be so cute too! :/ K, that's a long way to go. Anyway, cycling session w the clique the next day under the scorching sun. We must be mad but it's quite windy. Sun-burnt and my face was the reddest amongst all. I blush naturally to whoever I saw on that day. LOL! Visited Granny @ her place w fam + yz in the evening. And sushi feast the next day w yz which I've been craving it for at least a wk during my study brk. One word: torturing.
