HONGKONG DAY 4:
WARNING: LOTS OF PHOTOS!

We visited Disneyland (likka finally!)! I've been waiting for this day since 435839467945years ago! I've always wanted to meet my favourite Disney characters since young.

So, here we go!

All the mandatory photos before entering the theme park!

I was so happy upon entering the theme park that I kept going "wahhhh!" in front of Baby. We didn't try on most of the rides because of me. The burden me doesn't like thrilling rides like roller coasters, so Baby had no choice but to accompany his burden girlfriend for some relaxing and kiddish rides in Disneyland. Hahah! Ah, we watched the parade as well. My favourite Disney characters! I'm so in love with them!
Some of the photos taken during the parade

My favourite part finally came! The meet-and-greet/photography sesh with our favourite Disney characters. We queued for Mickey Mouse and Pluto. I wanted to go for Minnie Mouse as well but the q was rlly horrendously long. /Sigh. It's okay! These two are rlly good enough because I took with my instax as well! Pluto was rlly mischievous. See image! But that's always what makes him cute!

Bought hot chocolate to drink because the weather was getting colder. Actually, I just wanted to get the cup because it's mickey mouse! And the popcorn to munch because of Minnie Mouse. HAHAH!

Everyone started gathering in front of the palace even before 830PM for the fireworks @ 9PM while B and I were running here and there to get the cups we wanted. Running in such a cold weather is seriously no joke especially for someone with a weak heart (me!). I was panting so badly and catching for breath but all I could get was cold air into my lungs which made it even worse. That feeling was rlly awful!

SO MUCH FEEL! ❤

The daily fireworks routine at 9PM
I'm super in love with their x'mas tree!
Smth caught my attention before we were about to leave the theme park. ↓
How can I miss out this?!

We are tourists!
As it was already 10plus, and the place that we initially wanted to go was quite far away from Sunny Bay Station, we decided to patronise a place recommended in Foursquare @ Sham Shui Po Station. ↓ I have no recollection of what I ordered but the food was rlly good!

Lau Sum Kee Noodle
Baby's 炸酱面
The fishcake was rlly awesome!

First and last main paper of the sem tml. Shall pray hard that it will be a manageable one for me because there's no supp papers available from previous sem onwards. Gonna head back to books again after this. May 430PM come fast tml! :)

CNY x V'DAY,

Friday was Valentine's Day as well as the last day of Chinese New Year. My CNY was an okay one. It wasn't as good as before because of some saddening things. But I'm glad things are good now!

初一

Like how we had our CNY since young, it was grandma's house @ Red Hill on the first day of CNY. This year was a bit different because of the existence of a qt pie: Oreo! He could almost be camouflaged as a carpet because of the way he lies on the floor. As usual, the cousins were playing and disturbing Oreo right in front of the TV.

It was so hard to capture a good photo of Oreo because whenever we tried to do so, he would move. When we don't, he would stay and lie there quietly without any movement. But who can resist such a qt pie! He was still so small when I first saw him 4 mths ago!

初二

Granny @ Ubin. But some stuff cropped up before we even boarded the bumper boat. So glad that everything's good now. Please treasure the people arnd you! (I'm happy to say that Granny Kek has been discharged from the hospital!) House visiting at Aunt's house till late night. Had the annual cousin affair. It was my first time because I was always not free whenever they visited Aunt's house in the previous years.

初三
House visiting @ Baby's Dad's friend's place (such a long connection :/). Then to his uncle's place in the evening and boy, the place was nicely renovated! Love the whole concept! It's small but super cosy esp the cousin's room! I love it so much at first sight.

初九
House Visiting at WJ's as usual. And, as usual, Baby and I were the latest. #whatsnew. This was also the day before Joleen went back to Australia to continue with her Degree. We will see you in 9months' time (if I'm not wrong). Headed to B's house in the evening for his grandma's 87th birthday celebration.

What's CNY without a gambling @ WJ's?!

All the best for your studies, Joleen!

Finally, 初十五
Last day of CNY and also Valentine's Day.

So I met B after his work at about 630pm. As usual, he lied to me so I would not reach earlier. And as usual, I took my own sweet time and reached later than the time he told me to. And as usual x2, my surprise for him WOULD ALWAYS fail!!!

Our initial plan was to go chompchomp for dinz but being the hungry me, I told B that we shall settle our dinz at NEX instead. From DTF to some Jap restaurant to a middle class restaurant which I was very satisfied with: Aone. They do sell claypot noodle which is quite hard to find now. That's one of my favourite food back when I lived in Sengkang. I was so elated when I saw this on the menu. Being the suagu boy, he told me that he didn't have that before so he didn't mind trying. Ordered a bowl of my favourite soup to share. My tummy was so satisfied with the food!

That was how we spent our 4th Valentine's day together. Simple yet enjoyable bcos of each other's companion! :)

Despite being just a short post, it took me almost 3days to complete it because I would always procrastinate. Can't wait for exam to be over now!

Hong Kong Day 3: Merry Christmas,

Woohoo! My laptop is finally back! Alr, I'm still having some problems with my HP charger and I'm currently using my twinny's to substitute with my own. Best moment after you get back your laptop: everything is still inside! :D

Yesterday was my last day of school. Hopefully, that would be my last day in poly (excluding exams) too! I can't wait to graduate!! Oh! Before I forget... TGIF & HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY, ALL!☺

HONGKONG DAY 3:
Warning: contains many photos of food!

It was the first time I spent my Christmas in another country (together w B's relatives). I'm glad we did.

Had our brunch at Library Cafe. We had problem finding the cafe despite using Google Map for help because it's hidden at a basement of some departmental store. I would say that the food was good. Though the omelette wasn't what I had expected, the spinach made everything better. I think partly was because I had not eaten vegetable since day 1 in HK (LOL!). Another reason was my first time seeing no salad but spinach on my plate. (I love food that is hot! Noms!) Last reason was, IT'S MY FAVOURITE VEGETABLE. B's cousin and cousin-in-law came after we finished our brunch.

Our shopping started at this moment - Harbour City. B bought a top at Fred Perry. It was a love at first sight for me bcos the colour of the top is maroon! It gave me an impression that the shirt looks like one of the outfit in Harry Potter movie. Whereas me, I bought just one oversized tee from Zara. Nothing much caught our attention so we headed for sightseeing at Avenue of Stars. It was rather crowded as it's a Christmas and packed with tourists from Mainland.

Stayed for just a lil while to watch Symphony of Lights. Hmmm, nothing much actually. Left earlier but the crowd was oh-so-freaking-bad! Everyone was pushing, pushing AND pushing despite knowing that it's already freaking crowded at the front. Bad thing aside, we met up w B's uncle and aunt for dinz at a Korean Restaurant: Sorabol Korean Restaurant. Told Baby that we must patronise this restaurant when we visit Seoul in June this year.

One of my favourite dishes!

My favourite of all! Sadly, we all had only one each.

Photo with ze relatives of Baby's.
Headed down to Temple Street for some digestion (LOL!). Everything was so much cheaper than Ladies Market!! People who have not been to HK are recommended to visit Temple Street before Ladies Market. You'll be happy even if it's for a dollar or 2.

Our night ended with the cousin and cousin-in-law sending us back to the hotel.
